K0.5Na0.5NbO3-LiSbO3-BiMnO3无铅压电陶瓷的常压烧结与压电性能

摘    要:采用传统的无压固相烧结法工艺制备微量掺杂0.2%(摩尔分数)BiMnO3(BM)的0.95K0.5Na0.5NbO3(KNN)- 0.05 LiSbO3(LS)陶瓷,并研究烧结保温时间对陶瓷的结构与压电、介电性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,随烧结保温时间的延长,陶瓷的压电常数d33和机电耦合系数kp先显著升高,当保温时间为7 h时,趋于稳定,介电常数εr也随保温时间的延长而升高;机械品质因数Qm和介电损耗tan δ则一直降低。在1 100 ℃保温烧结9 h时,陶瓷具有最好的电性能:压电常数d33=228 pC/N,机电耦合系数kp=43%,机械品质因数Qm=55,介电损耗tan δ= 0.017 8;随保温时间的延长,陶瓷的相转变温度θo-t有所降低,居里温度θc则明显升高。所有陶瓷样品在35~ 200 ℃内的介电损耗tan δ均有小于0.02。

Abstract: Lead-free 0.2% (mole fraction) BiMnO3 (BM)-doped 0.95 K0.5Na0.5NbO3 (KNN)-0.05 LiSbO3 (LS) piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by a traditional ceramic processing. The effects of holding time on the microstructure, phase transition and piezoelectric properties of BM doped KNN-LS ceramics were investigated. The results show that all specimens exhibit a pure perovskite structure. The piezoelectric properties of the ceramics show a strong holding-time dependent behavior. The d33, kp and εr of the ceramics increase, while the tanδ and Qm decreases with the increase of the holding time. When the holding time is 7 h, d33 and kp of the ceramics remain unchanged with the increase of the holding time. The 0.2% (mole fraction) BM doped 0.95 KNN-0.05LS ceramics sintered at 1 100 ℃ for 9 h exhibit excellent properties (d33=228 pC/N, kp=43%, Qm=55 and tan δ=0.017 8). With the increase of the holding time, the phase transformation temperature of the ceramics decreases, while the Curie temperature increases. The tan δ of all the samples is lower than 0.02 at 35~200 ℃。
