摘    要:将BaSO4含量为92.5%的重晶石矿经雷蒙磨初级粉碎、五级湿法剥片等处理,可获得超细产品,其粒度组成为d10=0.1μm,d50=0.45μm,d90=1.45μm.粉料经酸洗处理,可提高其白度及耐候性等性能.在剥片中加入活化剂,可在超细粉碎的同时进行活化处理.通过将该产品加入到油漆中使用和检测,表明由本技术生产的产品具有分散性好、稳定等优点,是沉淀硫酸钡的一种理想代用品.生产过程简单、经济.

Abstract: The barite ore (BaSO492.5%), which was crushed by Raymond Mill at first, was treated by dilute sulfuric acid ,and then was ground by wet-milling in five sets of BP-80 Agitation Mills ,and the superfine barite powder with the size distribution, d10(0.1μm), d50(0.45μm), d90(0.45μm) can be got. The white content and weather-resistance of the barite powder could be increased when it was treated by dilute sulfuric acid. The activators added during the grinding could be used to activate the barite powder. The production of the barite powder was used in several oil-paint products, its qualities were tested, and the results showed that the barite powder owned good dispersity and stability in oil paints, and was a good alternative of the barium sulfate precipitated. The production procedure was simple and economical.
