扬矿管道内流阻力特性的研究

摘    要:结合矿浆泵、射流泵、气力等多种管道扬矿方法试验进行扬矿管道内部粗颗粒固液两相流阻力特性的研究,用“海金联”提供的天然结核进行了管道内流阻力等扬矿参数和工艺的扩大试验,并进行扬矿管道处于倾斜、横向摇摆和纵向升沉状态下内流阻力的试验研究;结合固液两相流理论,建立扬矿参数试验数据库和管道内流动参数的计算方法,开发相应的扬矿管线水力计算软件。研究结果表明:由于钴结壳、硫化物等其他海底矿物扬矿工艺和设备与结核开采的基本相同,固体物料的特性也基本相同,因此,本计算方法和计算软件具有通用性,完全可用于钴结壳、硫化物等其他海底矿物扬矿系统的水力学计算。

Abstract: Preliminary studies were made in laboratory on resistance characteristics of solid-liquid two-phase flow of coarse particles in lifting pipeline by several lifting methods with slurry pump, jet pump, clean water pump, etc. Enlarged experiments on lifting parameters were conducted with natural nodules provided by IOM, and experimental studies were also made on fluid resistance in a lifting pipe being inclining, swaying and heaving. Based on the study results and solid-liquid two-phase flow theory, an experimental database for lifting parameters was established and calculation method was deduced for flow parameters. Consequently, the hydraulic calculation software for lifting pipeline was developed. The results show that since the lifting technique and equipment are basically the same for some seabed minerals, such as cobalt crust and sulfide, this calculation method and software can also be completely applied in the hydraulic calculation for other seabed minerals in lifting system.
