透水混凝土路面堵塞及透水性能恢复试验研究

摘    要:为提高透水路面服役寿命,研究透水混凝土堵塞过程。首先通过二维平扫与图像识别技术,研究试件不同深度处的孔隙结构;然后筛取粒径为0~0.6 mm的石粉颗粒、水泥砂浆颗粒与土颗粒作为堵塞材料,进行分批次堵塞,记录透水损失情况;最后利用清水清洗、真空抽吸与高压水枪冲洗3种清洁方式对透水试件进行透水性能恢复试验,模拟周期性清洁维护下透水试件服役情况。研究结果表明:透水混凝土 20 mm深度处孔隙率相比40,60和80 mm深度处孔隙率高出约10%;每10 g堵塞材料将造成30%~50%的透水损失,试件第一次堵塞造成的透水损失最为严重;同一堵塞材料作用下,不同透水试件在堵塞过程中的透水系数变化曲线具有相同的规律,该规律可用于预测更高透水系数试件的堵塞时间;比较发现,由石粉颗粒与水泥砂浆颗粒造成的堵塞,高压水枪冲洗效果最佳,透水恢复率提高22.7%;因土颗粒造成的堵塞不宜使用真空抽吸,清水冲洗能达到与高压水枪相同的恢复效果。

Abstract: In order to improve the service life of pervious pavement, the clogging process of pervious concrete was studied. Firstly, the technology of 2D plane scanning and image recognition was applied to study the pore structure of the specimen at different depths; then, stone powder particles, cement mortar particles and soil particles with 0-0.6 mm of particle size were screened out as clogging materials, and clogged specimens in batches, recorded the water permeability loss; finally, three kinds of cleaning methods such as water cleaning, vacuum suction and high-pressure water gun flushing were used to carry on the permeable restoration experiment and simulate the service of permeable specimens during periodic cleaning and maintenance. The results show that the porosity at the depth of 20 mm is about 10% higher than the one at the depth of 40, 60 and 80 mm; every 10 g of clogging materials will cause 30%-50% of the permeability loss, and the permeability loss caused by the first clogging is the most serious. The permeability coefficient curve of different permeable specimens has the same law of change under the effect of the same clogging materials, which can be used to predict the clogging time of the higher permeable specimen. It is found that high-pressure water gun washing has the most evident effect on the clogging caused by stone powder particles and cement mortar particles, and the water permeability recovery rate is improved 22.7% higher than water cleaning. It is not suitable for the clog caused by soil particles to use vacuum suction, and only water cleaning can achieve the same recovery effect as high-pressure water gun flushing.
