合成双(β-丁氧甲酰乙基)锡二(巯基乙酸异辛酯)的新工艺

摘 要:探讨了采用新工艺———水相法合成双(β-丁氧甲酰乙基)锡二(巯基乙酸异辛酯)的合成条件.产品用IR光谱及元素分析表征,并用DTA技术比较了原料及产品的热性能.结果表明,选用30%Na2CO3溶液,温度控制在60℃,在反应过程中保持反应液pH值为6~7,恒温反应6 h后,所得反应产物中锡含量为13.63%,收率可达97.7%,经DTA检测得产品热分解温度为232℃.此外,经理论计算得产品分解反应表观活化能为307.53 kJ·mol-1,比作为原料的酯基氯化锡的分解反应表观活化能(111·24 kJ·mol-1)大196·29 kJ·mol-1,说明所得产品的热性能优于酯基氯化锡.毒性检测结果表明双(β-丁氧甲酰乙基)锡二(巯基乙酸异辛酯)为低毒产品.
Abstract: With new process of synthesis of di(β-butoxycabonyl)ethyltin s,s′-bisisooctyl mercaptoester, the product was characterized by IR, elementary analysis and DTA. The decomposition temperature of the product was 232℃. According to theoretical calculation, the decomposition apparent activation energy was 307.53 kJ·mol-1, and it was 196·29 kJ·mol-1 more than that of di(β-butoxycabonyl)ethyltin dichloride (its apparent activation energy of decomposition was 111·24 kJ·mol-1). The experimental results indicated that the heat stability of the product was better than that of di(β-butoxycabonyl)ethyltin dichloride. The toxicity test suggests that the product has lowtoxicity.
