吉林省某矿含铅金银矿石浮选工艺试验研究

摘 要:对吉林省某矿含铅金银矿石进行了浮选工艺试验研究。根据矿石性质,针对矿石中金、银、铅品位较低的特点,试验采用原矿混合浮选—精矿氰化—浸渣浮选铅工艺流程,获得回收率:金83.80%,银51.19%,铅77.91%,硫73.59%。采用该工艺流程可实现就地产金银,同时综合回收铅硫。
Abstract: Experimental study on floatation is carried out for a certain gold-silver ore containing lead in Jilin province.According to the low grade of gold,silver and lead,the experimental flowsheet is chosen as follow,raw ore bulk floatation-concentrate cyanidation-leaching residue floatation for lead.Ideal recovery rates are obtained as follow,gold 83.80 %,silver 51.19 %,lead 77.91 % and sulfur 73.59 %.The flowsheet can produce gold and silver on the spot,meanwhile lead and sulfur can be recovered comprehensively.
