光致变色吲哚啉螺萘并噁嗪的合成

摘 要:以3-羟基-2-萘酸为原料,通过溴化、还原、酯化、亚硝化等一系列反应制得中间体4-亚硝基-7-溴-2-萘酸甲酯(Ⅳ).化合物(Ⅳ)与费歇尔碱缩合即得题示化合物——N-十八烷基-3,3-二甲基-5′-甲氧羰基-8′-溴吲哚啉螺萘并口恶嗪(V).通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振等手段对合成的中间体及目标分子的结构进行了表征.化合物(V)具有光致变色性能.
Abstract: An intermediater 4-nitroso-7-bromo-3-hydroxyl-naphthalene methylcarboxylate (Ⅳ) was obtained by bromination,reduction,esterification and nitrosylation from 3-hydroxyl-2-naphthalenecarboxylic acid.Then the title compound N-alkyl-3, 3-dimethyl-5′-methoxycarbonyl-8-bromo-indolinospironaphthoxazine (V) was synthesised by the cyclo-condendensation of (Ⅳ) with Fischer base.The structures of these compounds obtained were identified by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR.
