摘    要:在PH值7.5~8的条件下,研究了疏水絮凝浮选新工艺处理难选细粒氧化锑工业矿石.研究证明,当细粒氧化锑浮选在给矿品位为1.97%,氧化率为87%时,可获得精矿品位为17%~19%,回收率为70%~74%的氧化锑精矿,这与现在工厂所用摇床选收比较,精矿品位提高了5%,回收率增加约50%.

Abstract: In this paper a study of new flotation technology of hydrophobic flocculation for treatingthe industrial ores of refraetory fine antimony oxide minerals has been carried out. Testing results under the condition of pH value 7.5~8.0 reveal that a concentrate with a grade of17%~19% Sb and recovery of 70%~74% can be obtained from a fine-grained antimony oxide feed assaying l.97%Sb and oxidation rate over 87%.As compared with that of shakingtackle in use,the grade is raised by 5%and recovery is increased by 50%.
