摘    要：冶金科研院所研究生教育是冶金行业高层次工程技术人才培养的一支重要力量,本文总结了我国冶金科研院所研究生教育的基本情况。通过问卷调查、数据分析和比较分析等方法,介绍了冶金科研院所学科专业设置、导师队伍、学习与就业、培养过程与成果、培养环境与条件等方面的特点,指出了研究生教育的不足,提出了有关发展建设的意见和建议。

Abstract: The post-graduate education of metallurgical research institutes plays an important role in the cultivation of high-level engineering technique talents in metallurgical industry.In this paper,the general situation of post-graduate education in the metallurgical institutes of our country was summarized.Through the methods including questionnaire survey,data analysis and comparative analysis,the characteristics of such aspects as specialty setup,team of tutors,study and employment,course and achievement of cultivation,environment and conditions of cultivation,etc.were introduced.The deficiencies in post-graduate education were pointed out;meanwhile,comments and suggestions were proposed for the development and construction.
