基于损耗分析的高空电机效率模糊自适应优化控制

摘    要:针对电池能量有限的高空驱动电机效率优化控制问题,提出一种结合电机损耗分析和模糊自适应算法的混合变步长在线搜索效率优化控制策略。在保证驱动电机控制系统动静态性能良好的前提下,首先对高空驱动电机的损耗进行分析,以确定直流电流的搜索范围,然后采用模糊自适应算法在线变步长搜索直流电流,为减小效率寻优过程中转速和转矩的波动,模糊量化时引入转速和转矩因素。动静态仿真实验结果表明:驱动电机控制系统动静态性能良好,效率优化搜索时间约为0.02 s,稳态效率提高8.4%。与直接搜索法相比,该控制策略寻优搜索时间短,转速、转矩波动小,鲁棒性好,实现高空驱动电机系统轻载稳态时高效率运行。

Abstract: To solve the efficiency optimization control problem of high-altitude drive motor under the condition of finite power supply, a variable step online search efficiency optimization control strategy which combines motor loss analysis and fuzzy adaptive algorithm was proposed. Under the premise of unchangeable control performance when motor parameters and load disturbance exist, drive motor loss was analyzed to determine the optimal current search range. The optimal current was searched online using fuzzy adaptive algorithm, and speed and torque factors were joined in fuzzy quantification in order to reduce the speed and torque fluctuations in the efficiency optimization process. Simulation results show that drive motor control system has good static and dynamic performance, with optimization time being about 0.02 s, and motor efficiency increasing by 8.4%. Compared with direct search method, the proposed method has shorter optimization time, smaller speed and torque fluctuations, and good robustness. It keeps high efficiency at steady and low load.
