立体足迹激光定量检验系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对公安机关办案人员通过现场遗留立体足迹快速缩小嫌疑人范围、明确案件侦察方向的需求,基于LabVIEW平台,结合激光测距传感器、计算机控制和图像技术设计开发出一套立体足迹激光定量检验系统。规避传统拍照要求较高、三维扫描成本高昂、数据文件较大等问题,更快速地搜索出与待检测信号最为相似的样本数据,从而实现立体足迹特征参数的无损提取、精确计算和自适应匹配。详细介绍该系统的设计思路及图像采集、特征参数提取、检验对比分析等关键技术的具体实现方式。研究结果表明:该系统能有效应用于犯罪现场的立体足迹分析检验。

Abstract: In view of the needs of police investigators to quickly narrow the scope of the suspect and clear the direction of investigation by using the footprint left from the scene, a 3D footprint laser quantitative testing system was designed and developed based on LabVIEW, which combined the laser ranging sensor, computer control and image technology. Circumvent the issues like high demanding of traditional photography, costly 3D scanning and large data files, and the sample data most similar to the signal to be detected would be searched out more quickly, so that the non-destructive extraction, accurate calculation and adaptive matching of 3D footprint’s characteristic parameter were realized. The system design concept and concrete implementation of the key technologies such as image mosaic, characteristics extraction and comparative analysis were all introduced in detail. The results show that the system can be applied to the 3D footprint analysis in crime scene effectively.
