关于完善矿山安全监督管理行政法律责任的思考

摘    要：现阶段,矿山安全问题已广泛引起社会关注。矿山安全关系到从业人员的人身安全和资产安全,甚至关系到整个社会的和谐稳定。分析了中国矿山安全监督管理行政法律责任存在的问题,提出了完善矿山安全监督管理行政法律责任的追究机制,可为遏制矿山安全事故发生和处理提供参考。

Abstract: Nowadays,the mining safety draws a wide attention in the society.The mining safety not only relates to the workers’ personnel safety,but also to the public and personal property safety,and even to the harmony and stability of the total society.The paper analyzes the problems of administrative laws on mine safety supervision and management in China,and proposes to improve the responsibility tracing mechanism of mining safety in order to provide legal references for the treatment of mine tragedy.
