摘    要:为提高低品位铝土矿的铝硅比(A/S),采用了机械活化的方法处理.对山西普铝矿进行预脱硅的实验结果表明,80℃,在100 g/L Na2Ok碱液中,经10 min,未活化矿的脱硅率仅为7%左右;而活化矿的脱硅率则可达95%以上,A/S由原矿的4.83提高到精矿的20~40.动力学研究表明,活化矿和未活化矿的表观反应级数和表观活化能有显著差别.并初步分析了活化过程机理.

Abstract: The desilication technology for Shangxi bauxite was studied by the method of mechanochemical activa-tion.The result shows that when the desilication temperature is 80℃ and concentration of Na2Ok is 100g/L,the rate of desilication of activated bauxite is about twenty times higher than that of unactivated bauxite,and the A-S ratio is raised from 4.83 for inital bauxite to above 20 for concentrate ore.Kinetics study shows that the activation energies are 27.56 kJ/mol and 85.72 kJ/mol for activated and unactivated bauxite.Theoretical analyses of activation has also been performed.
