硬质合金柱钻(钎)头热嵌法固柱的参数分析和计算

摘 要:本文在热嵌法固柱工艺试验的基础上,根据厚壁圆筒理论和波动理论,对硬质合金柱钻(钎)头的柱孔和柱之间配合面上的压力、应力等进行了理论分析,导出了最小计算过盈量的公式为:(2δ)min=0.27×10-4Pd/h·f(mm),给出了选择配合种类的方法和加热温度的计算方法,并列举了计算实例,其结果与板孔试验数据[7]和国外报道数据[8]很接近,为热嵌法固柱质量提供了理论依据。
Abstract: In the present paper, pressures and stresses applied to the contraction fit annulus surface between carbide insert and its holding hole of a button bit, etc. have been analyzed theoretically, based on the test results using thermo-inserting technique and the principle of both thick wall cylinder and wave mechanics. A formula for calculating the minimum fit tolerance, (2δ)min=0. 27×10-4 Pd/hf (mm), has been derived, and the methods for selecting the correct fit and for calculating the suitable temperature needed are also given respectively. In addition, a calculating example is presented. The value calculated is fairly approaching the data of foreign countries and a pin- ching-out experiment is carried out by the author himself. Therefore the theo- retical base for improving the quality of thermo-inserting technique of the button drill bit is thus provided.
