Study on DSC of Phase Transformation Kinetics of CuAlBi Alloy

摘 要:The phase transformation (α(Cu)+γ2(Al4Cu9)→β(AlCu3)) kinetics of CuAlBi alloy was studied by the method of DSC. The results show that the phase in the alloy that was heated with heating rate of 10 ℃·min-1 is transformed at 562.12 ℃; the apparent transformation activation energy is 1145.75 kJ·mol-1 and the initiative apparent transformation activation energy is 2744.58 kJ·mol-1. It is also observed that the transformation activation energy of this alloy decreases with the volume fraction of phase transformation increasing. According to these results, the relationship curve between the volume fraction of phase transformation and the temperature were obtained.
