Chemiluminescent Method for Determination of Thiopronine

摘 要：A new flow-injection procedure was developed for the determination of thiopronine （MPG） based on the enhancement of the chemiluminescence（CL） reaction of the MPG-cerium（Ⅳ）-hydrocortisone system. The method is simple, selective and sensitive with a detection limit of 5.9×10-7 mol·L-1（S/N=3）. It is applicable to the determination of MPG in the concentration range of 3×10-6～2×10-5 mol·L-1. The relative standard deviation （RSD） is 3.2% for 1×10-4 mol·L-1 MPG（n=11）. The method was successfully applied to the determination of MPG in tablets.
