摘    要:采用Miedema生成热模型,通过计算机编程计算出Mg-Al-Ti体系可能析出的热力学平衡相为Al-Ti金属间化合物,吉布斯自由能计算结果表明Al-Ti系中主要析出Al3Ti金属间化合物,由此可预测Mg-Al-Ti体系Al3Ti金属间化合物的形成。采用原位合成法对Mg-(11%~28%)Al-(3%~14%)Ti进行反应烧结,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和能谱仪等方法分析物相和显微组织形貌,发现在Mg基体中,均匀地析出颗粒状Al3Ti金属间化合物,尺寸约为2~4 μm,且增强相与基体结合紧密。与镁合金相比,Al3Tip/Mg具有较高的硬度和较好的耐磨性。

Abstract: The thermodynamics equilibrium phases of Mg-Al-Ti system were worked out to be Al-Ti intermetallics by computing program of Miedema’s model. The result of Gibbs’ free-energy demonstrates that Al3Ti is predominant product in Al-Ti system. The in-situ composite was fabricated through reactive sintering of Mg-(11%-28%)Al- (3%-14%)Ti. The phases and microstructure of the composites were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS).The fine particulates of Al3Ti with size of 2-4 μm distribute uniformly in magnesium matrix and combine closely with the matrix. Compared to magnesium alloy, the hardness and wear resistance of the Al3Ti-reinforced Mg matrix composite are obviously enhanced.
