土钉支护的优化设计

摘    要:用Flac软件对现有常规设计的土钉支护过程进行数值模拟,验证其对土钉支护设计的可行性;用Flac软件对无支护开挖过程进行数值模拟,以研究土体应力和位移随时间发展的变化规律;通过分析和计算,求得坡体最危险滑移面的位置和形状。根据求得的最危险滑移面的形状和位置,根据不同坡高采用最佳土钉长度,以达到优化设计,并用Flac进行数值模拟验证。研究结果表明,经过土钉支护后,整个开挖面是稳定的,并且位移计算结果与实际检测结果一致,表明用Flac对土钉支护的最危险滑移面进行模拟计算是可行的。

Abstract: According to the Flac model, the imitating digging of soil nailing wall to validate feasibility of Flac model was analysed, and the relationship among the earth stress and soil displacement and time was studied. On the basis of calculation and analysis, the exact location and shape of the most dangerous slip surface were obtained, which can be used to offer the optimal parameter of soil nailing. According to the method of optimization design of soil nailing, it was used in the field which has achieved desired effects. The results show that the digged surface is stable after optimization design, and the calculated displacement is accordance with actual one, which shows that it is practical to stimulate and compute the location and shape of the most dangerous slip surface which is soil nailed using Flac software.
