摘    要:本文通过对纸浆庄头装置控制系统的设计提出了当系统可控、输入向量与状态向量的维数相等,且输出向量即为状态向量和输入控制矩阵B为可逆时,用适当的状态反馈矩阵K0将系统状态变量之间的相互作用去耦,从而得到n(系统的维数,本文n=2)个独立的二阶子系统,利用经典法对二阶系统动态特性分析的知识,再结合数字仿真,能迅速地设计去满足动态性能指标的优质工业调节器。

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to present a method for designing regula- tors of linear multivariable systems by using an example of designing an industrial regulator of a typical headbox used in paper-making (the maths model and technical data are given in[1]). A system of n state varia- bles (n = 2 in this paper) which are interrelated and interact on each other can be decoupled into n independent subsystems of the second order if and only if the system is controllable and the dimension of input vector is equal to that of state vector and the output variables are the state variables and the control matrix B is invertible. Then using classical method to analyse the dynamic characteristic of the second order’s subsystems which are very familiar to us and when combining it with the digital simulation we can rapidly design a good industrial regulator which will satisfy the desired dynamic criteria.
