破碎岩体隧道注浆参数确定方法

摘    要:基于渗流应力耦合本构方程和水力耦合理论,提出破碎岩体隧道涌水量预测与计算方法、注浆圈厚度的计算分析方法。理论分析结果表明:注浆圈厚度的理论计算结果与现有估算方法结果及工程应用实例结果较吻合,表明该方法具有一定的工程应用价值;随着注浆圈渗透系数的降低和注浆圈厚度的增加,隧道涌水量随之减小,但并不是注浆圈的渗透系数越低、注浆圈厚度越大对隧道涌水量的控制效果越好,而是存在相对经济合理的注浆圈最优值。

Abstract: Analytical expressions for the estimation of the steady state groundwater ingress into a drained tunnel of circular cross section and thickness of grouting circle were derived on the basis of theory of coupled seepage and stress constitutive equation and hydraulic coupling in plane strain ax-symmetric conditions presented. The reliability and validity of the present theory were proved. The results obtained by the present theory are very close to those obtained by the existed theory. Seepage flow rate decreases with the decrease of permeability and the increase of thickness of grouting circle. But the lower permeability coefficient of grouting circle does not lead to the greater the thickness of the control of water inflow to the tunnel effect, and there is a relatively economical parameters for grouting circle.
