新型CO2气敏元件的研究

摘 要:利用纳米技术和半导化技术,制备了CuO-BaTiO3复合氧化物电子陶瓷电容型CO2气敏元件,该元件可用于环境中CO2气体的监测.该元件在127~427 ℃范围,对CO2气体呈现较好的敏感特性;可测气体浓度范围0~95%( 体积分数,下同),在低浓度范围(0~5%)内,电容与浓度呈线性关系;能经受高浓度CO2气流的冲击,有较快的响应恢复速度;重现性和选择性较好;是一种很有发展前途的CO2气敏元件.
Abstract: A novel gas sensitive element for detecting environmental CO2 was developed. Nanometer and semiconductorization techniques were employed to prepare the CuO-BaTiO3 complex oxides used to manufacture electronic ceramic capacitance type sensitive element for detecting CO2. Results show that the element possesses excellent CO2 sensitivity in the temperature range 127~427 ℃. The detectable CO2 concentration is 0~95%, and the capacitance measured varies linearly with the CO2 concentration in the low concentration range(0~5% CO2). Excellent selectivity, good repeatability, rapid responsibility and rapid recoverability are also observed.
