摘    要:针对CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3-TiO2体系等温线等热力学数据的缺失等问题,采用热丝法(SHTT)熔化析晶性能测定仪对CaO-SiO2-MgO-10%Al2O3-5%TiO2五元渣系相图中MgO质量分数分别为5%,10%和15%特定成分下渣系的熔化温度进行测定,得到不同MgO质量分数下温度随碱度的变化规律,并依据同一初晶区内组分与熔化温度的热力学函数关系拟合得到该渣系1 250,1 300和1 350 ℃下的液相线。将本实验测定的渣系相图信息与文献中相同相图区域进行对比。研究结果表明:采用热丝法熔化析晶性能测定仪测定渣系温度并绘制等温线的方法是可行的。 附件:04-p3309-144070

Abstract: The lack of related thermodynamic research for liquidus temperature of CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3-TiO2 system restricted the development and application of the system. The melting temperature was determined by the single hot thermocouple technique (SHTT) for the specified mass fractions of MgO of 5%, 10% and 15% in the CaO-SiO2-MgO-10% Al2O3-5%TiO2 phase diagram system reported in Slag Atlas, and 1 250, 1 300 and 1 350 ℃ liquidus lines were constructed based on the thermodynamic relationship between composition and temperature in the same phase primary field. The result of present experiment was compared with the phase diagram determined in literature. The results show that the temperature determined by SHTT is able to get the correct liquidus line for slag system.
