摘    要:为了研究干燥保存条件对氧化亚铁硫杆菌生长活性的影响,对干燥环境下的细菌存活能力进行了研究。针对细菌吸附在滤膜表面,30℃时干燥保存的情况,测定了保存时间分别为30,90,250和366 d时细菌的Fe2+氧化活性。研究结果表明:干燥保存的氧化亚铁硫杆菌的Fe2+氧化活性随保存时间的延长而下降,细菌在9K培养基中生长停滞期延长;干燥保存细菌在9K培养基中经过短时间活化后,细菌的Fe2+氧化活性以及对硫化铜的氧化能力能够迅速恢复到干燥前的水平,说明在一定干燥保存时间内氧化亚铁硫杆菌的浸矿能力不会明显退化。这表 明氧化亚铁硫杆菌具有较强的耐干燥特性,可以在室温下干燥保存氧化亚铁硫杆菌。

Abstract: To research the effect of dry environment on the Fe2+oxidation ofThiobacillus ferrooxidans, the bacterium attached on the surface of cellulose acetate millispore filter were preserved in a biochemical culture box at 30℃. The Fe2+ oxidation activity of dry bacterium was studied by means of measurement of the rate of Fe2+ oxidation in 9K medium. The results show that the lag phase is increased and the rate of Fe2+ oxidation is decreased with the bacterial preservation time increase from one month to one year, but Fe2+ and CuS oxidation activity of dry bacterium can be reactivated immediately by introduction of 9K medium. Longer periods of dryness preservation would require a longer time to adapt to the changed environment for the bacteria, which reveals thatThiobacillus ferrooxidansis tolerant of dry environment and dryness preservation at room temperature is a suitable method forThiobacillus ferrooxidans.
