生物质残余物燃烧特性热重分析

摘    要:为了掌握农林废弃物燃烧利用的规律,对稻壳、竹子及松树粉样燃烧条件下进行热重实验,并就其着火性、可燃性、稳燃及燃尽性进行分析研究。研究结果表明:竹子粉末的着火温度低,只有240.57 ℃,其可燃性及稳燃性要比松木粉及稻壳粉好很多;松木粉的燃尽特性指数为竹子粉末及稻壳粉0.70~0.75倍,因此,挥发分析出过程吸热量大则其中重质烃组分含量高,对着火和燃尽都不利;灰分对于调整生物质中挥发分的析出具有促进作用,但不利于生物质燃料的燃尽。

Abstract: In order to master the combustion characteristics of agriculture and forestry waste, the thermo-gravimetric experiments were made about the powder samples of rice husk, bamboo and pine, and the combustion characteristics of ignitability, flammability, stable combustion and burnout were analyzed. The results show that the ignition temperature of bamboo powder is the lowest, only 240.57 ℃. The inflammable and stable-combustion that of bamboo powder is the best among the three powder samples. The burnout performance of pine powder is only 0.70-0.75 times that of bamboo powder and rice hull powder. So the more heat, the higher content of heavy hydrocarbon component during the separation process of volatile, and it is unfavorable to the ignition and burning out. Ash is helpful to promoting the precipitation of volatile matter in biomass, but it is bad for biomass fuel burning.
