摘    要:将罐笼弹性承接装置简化为一个弹簧系统,建立了罐笼承接冲击动力学模型;经过分析,得到罐笼承接冲击减速度评判公式:|x|<√k/M υ0.对于某一具体矿井,选择合适的弹簧刚度k,即可满足最大减速度|xmax|≤50m/s2,从而确保人身安全及设备安全.应用结果表明,以该力学模型为基础研制的罐笼弹性承接装置,能改善矿井井底装载和卸载条件,减少井底操作工人的劳动强度,有利于矿井安全生产.

Abstract: This paper regards the elastic cage-supporting equipment as a spring system. The dynamic model of cage-supporting impact is set up, which provides the theoretical analysis basis for improving the way of supporting cage in the project. It can be concluded from analyses that the formula of cage supporting im-pact deceleration is defined as |x|<√k/M υ0. For a mine , proper elasticity modulus identified as ’k’ is se-lected to make the deceleration |xmax|≤50m/s2, thereby ensuring body safety and equipment safety. The elastic cage- supporting equipment based on the dynamic model was applied to over 30 single- rope -wound type hoist mine, bettering the loading and unloading condition at the bottom of mines to minimize the labor intensity and positively impel safe mine production. Moreover, it offers the curves of impact deceleration detected on the spot. The findings of experiments basically agree with theoretical calculations.
