数字化配电网弧光接地故障的判断

摘    要:针对弧光接地过电压对数字化配电网中的设备尤其是智能设备危害甚大,而现有的消弧补偿装置在设备和运行理论还有诸多不足的问题,以35 kV电网为例,提出临界零序电压的概念,并利用其可区分间歇性电弧和自熄性电弧接地故障的能力,结合故障电流的动态特征提出配网中间歇性电弧接地故障的判据。研究结果表明:该判据是预防数字化配网弧光接地过电压产生的重要基础;该预防判据准确可靠,低阻和高阻接地情况都适用。

Abstract: Based on the fact that the arc-induced voltage is very harmful to equipment, especially those intelligent ones of digitalized distribution network, the performance of existing arc suppression devices cannot be satisfied in equipment and operation principle, with an example of unearthed 35 kV grid, a concept of critical zero-sequence voltage was proposed which can distinguish intermittent arcing earthing fault and self-extinguishing fault. Using this capability together with the dynamic characteristics of fault current, a criteria for intermittent arcing earthing fault in distribution network was presented. Based on the criteria, the preventing strategy for arc-induced voltage of digitalized distribution network was presented. The results show that the proposed criterion is a key factor to prevent the arc-induced voltage of digitalized distribution network. The criterion is correct, reliable and suitable for both circumstances of low or high transition resistance.
