摘    要:对Mg-9Y-3Zn-0.5Zr 和Mg-3Y-3Zn-0.5Zr 2种含Y镁合金的铸态,均匀化退火态和挤压态的显微组织及常温和高温力学性能进行研究,探讨稀土元素Y对这2种合金组织及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明Y元素含量高的1号合金相对于2号合金的晶粒组织明显细小,并且抗拉强度也有所增加,但提高幅度有限;在高温下,镁合金的塑性较优,发生韧性断裂;钇合金于390 ℃热挤压后其显微组织中发生了再结晶,且含Y量较高的1号合金的再结晶晶粒较小,说明钇对再结晶有阻碍作用。

Abstract: The microstructure and mechanical properties at room and high temperatures of casting, annealing and hot extrusion of Mg-9Y-3Zn-0.5Zr and Mg-3Y-3Zn-0.5Zr were investigated. The effects yittium on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-Y-Zn-Zr alloys were discussed. The results show that alloy 1 with higher contents of Y has finer grains than alloy 2 with lower content of Y and the tensile strength is somewhat increased, but the rising range is limited. At high temperatures, the alloys exhibit better plasticity and break plastically. The recrystallized microstructure is observed in the hot extrusion alloys, which verifies the occurance of recrystallization at 390 ℃. Moreover, the alloy with higher Y content has finer grains, indicating the prevention effect of yittium on recrystallization.
