兆瓦级风力机组偏航齿圈螺栓联接强度分析

摘    要:建立兆瓦级风力发电机组偏航过程动力学模型和偏航齿圈与塔架法兰处螺栓联接三维模型并运用Hypermesh软件处理,在ABAQUS中建立螺栓接触模型,取预紧力为屈服极限σp0.2的60%~80%对螺栓联接偏航过程静力学性能进行分析。研究结果表明:通过对比不同预紧力工况下得出的应力强度与疲劳强度,提出可供参考的预紧力Fv取值范围;当且预紧力为0.7σp0.2时,螺栓及其连接件应力应变最理想,在仅受预紧力和加载极限载荷后最大应力分别为712.5 MPa和733.4 MPa,工作应力下的安全系数SF=1.28,满足强度设计要求,为该兆瓦级风力发电机组偏航齿圈螺栓联接及其他连接系统的应力强度校核、疲劳分析等提供参考,便于进一步优化设计。

Abstract: The dynamical model and 3D model of bolt connection between flange and yaw gear were established and pre-processed in Hypermesh, then the contact model of bolts was built in ABAQUS and the statics performance was analyzed in yawing process by taking 60%-80% of yield limit as preload. The results show that through comparing the stress and fatigue strength under different preload conditions, a value range of preload for reference can be obtained. The best preload is 0.7σp0.2, its maximum stress only by the preload and after loading ultimate load are respectively 712.5 MPa and 733.4 MPa, the safety factor under working stress is 1.28, and it satisfies the requirements for strength design. The research provides a reference for strength check, fatigue analysis etc. of the bolt connection on yaw gear of the MW wind turbine generator system and other bolt connection systems to facilitate further optimal design.
