硫酸铜活化闪锌矿的电化学机理

摘 要:通过热力学分析和电化学测试,深入探讨了硫酸铜活化闪锌矿的电化学机理.结果表明,硫酸铜对闪锌矿的活化作用:一是生成从Cu2S到CuS的一系列不同含铜量的铜的硫化物活化组分,二是生成的活化组分可以防止闪锌矿表面过度氧化.
Abstract: Through thermodynamic analyses and electrochemical tests,electrochemical mechanisms on cupric sulphate activating sphalerite were studied.The result showed that activating role of cupric sulphate on sphalerite coauld be summed up in two points: a series of activation components of copper sulfide containing different amount of copper were produced on the mineral surface; these activation components could prevent overoxidation of sphalerite.
