单车明线工况下高速列车室内压力波动研究

摘    要:对已在明线工况下连续运营一段时间的16节长编组200 km/h动车进行实车试验,利用车载测试系统重点测试列车经过分相区、紧急制动以及列车到站开启车门3种工况下,客室内气压变化率和室内外压差;并根据车体气密性指数求解方法,分析车体动态气密性指数随时间变化关系。根据测试结果,结合动车组通风换气装置结构特点分析动态气密性指数增大发生耳鸣现象的原因,并提出改进措施。研究结果表明:随着运行时间的增加,室内负压呈线性逐渐增大,室内最大负压为-982 Pa;室内压力变化率随室内外压差的变大而逐渐增大,列车到站开启车门工况下3 s变化率最大为602 Pa/(3 s),1 s变化率最大为564 Pa/s,经过分相区时的最大3 s变化率和1 s变化率分别为263 Pa/(3 s)和93 Pa/s。车体动态气密性指数随运行时间的增加而增加,最大值为11.58。

Abstract: After the type of 16 units 200 km/h electric multiple unit (EMU) running in the open lines for days, under the operating condition of EMU passing split phase, braking in emergency and opening doors at stations, the vehicle-mounted test system was applied to monitor the pressure variation by the method of full scale test. Based on the theory of the air-tightness index, the relationship between dynamic air-tightness index and the time was revealed. Finally, the principle of the pressure variation was discovered and the improvement measures were proposed. The results show that with the increase of the running time of the train, the negative pressure inside increases linearly, and the maximum negative pressure drop is -982 Pa while the maximum rate of the pressure variation is 602 Pa/(3 s) and 564 Pa/s. When the equipment is out of power suddenly, the maximum rate of the pressure variation is 263 Pa/(3 s) and 93 Pa/s. Also, the air-tightness index increases with the running time that the EMU runs in the open air, and the max index is 11.58.
