摘    要:研究了Al-8.28wt%Fe-3.21wt%Ce合金快速凝固粉末的爆炸压实工艺。证明爆炸压实可制得Al-Fe-Ce合金的致密坯块并保留了快速凝固粉末的亚稳态特征。经烧结后,爆炸压实坯块可进一步提高致密度。在烧结过程中过饱和α固溶体脱溶,析出多种弥散相,有利于提高合金的高温性能。

Abstract: The explosive compaction processing of Al-8. 28wt% Fe-3. 21wt% Ce rapidly solidified powderalloy has been investigated. It has been shown that the bulk dense blanks of the AI-Fe-Ce alloycan be made and the metastable features of the rapidly solidified powder can be preserved in explosive compacts. After sinteIing, the density of the explosive compacts can be further increased. And the precipitation process from the supexsaturated α solid solution will develop and a number of disperse phases will precipitate in the sintering process. All these are favour able for the properties of the alloy.
