多孔结构纺锤形α-Fe2O3的合成及光催化性能

摘    要:采用碳酸钠和氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,在没有表面活性剂存在的情况下,通过水热法合成得到具有多孔结构的纺锤形α-Fe2O3,单颗粒长约为500 nm,孔径约为50 nm。利用X线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和选区电子衍射(SAED)对产物的结构和形貌进行表征,并对多孔结构的形成机理进行解释。通过对甲基橙溶液的降解实验考查产物的光催化性能。光催化实验结果表明其催化性能优于一般α-Fe2O3纳米颗粒,这可能是由于其多孔结构和较大的比表面积造成的。

Abstract: Using Na2CO3 and NaOH as precipitants, the porous spindle-like α-Fe2O3 particles were synthesized without surfactant. The phase transformation and the morphologies of the porous spindle-like α-Fe2O3 particles were investigated with XRD, TEM, SEM and selected area electron diffraction (SAED). The possible formation mechanism of products was also discussed. Furthermore, the photocatalysis property of products was investigated by the methylene orange degradation reaction. Compared with other hematite nanoparticles, the porous spindle-like α-Fe2O3 particles show outstanding performance in photocatalysis property due to their porous hollow structure and large surface area.
