高炉CO2排放量的计算方法探讨

摘    要:通过对比国际钢协CO2排放计算方法,提出高炉CO2排放计算应采用实测的CO2排放因子,并分为工序CO2排放和吨铁CO2排放2种算法,前者为高炉工序直接的排放,而后者包括焦化、烧结等上游工序的间接排放。这2种算法可用于不同的用途,以满足钢铁厂和行业的不同需要。按照该计算方法,国内某2000级高炉的工序CO2排放量为1 185.9 kg/t铁,吨铁CO2排放量为1 666.9 kg。

Abstract: By comparing the international calculation method of CO2 emission, it is proposed that measured values of emission factors should be taken and the calculate methods should be divided in two ways which are process CO2 emission and CO2 emission per ton iron. The former is the direct emission of the BF process, while the latter includes the indirect emission of the upstream processes like coking and sintering. The two calculation methods can be applied in different purposes, to meet the different needs of steel companies and industries. According to the methods, the process CO2 emission of a domestic 2000 BF is 1 185.9 kg/t iron, while the CO2 emission per ton iron is 1 666.9 kg.
