非晶态铬镀层结构及其耐蚀性

摘 要:研究了低浓度6价铬溶液中低温电沉积铬镀层结构和形貌。发现,当28为43°时,镀层有非晶态的特征峰──BROADGAUSSiAnPeAk.同时研究了镀层的抗腐蚀性能,与传统铬镀层相对照,对其抗腐蚀性能进行了评价。
Abstract: The process of electrodeposition of amorphous chromium from low concentrationCrO3solution at low temperature has been investigated.The surface morphology and structure ofdeposits were mearsured by SEM and X-ray diffraction respectively.The corrosion behaviorof amorphous deposits was measured by electrochemical method,and compared with coven-tional Cr deposits.
