保定海锆钛砂矿资源开发与利用方案

摘    要:分析海南省万宁市保定海锆钛砂矿的矿产资源概况、地质构造、海洋水文气象条件、开采技术条件、资源储量情况、产品需求情况以及技术经济条件,结合深海采矿中海上开采、管道输送、尾矿处理等技术,提出在海上进行采矿及粗选、粗精矿输送上岸精选、尾矿回填的整体方案。提出海上射吸式船采矿、采矿船上布置筛分?螺旋重选工艺进行粗选、粗精矿由自卸砂驳船运上岸、粗选尾矿管运至采空区回填、岸上粗精矿由强磁选?湿法重选?磁电联合选矿工艺进行精选。对海上作业安全、开采环境影响进行分析,提出相应的解决方案。

Abstract: The Zi-Ti placer in Baoding Sea, Wanning, Hainan Province, China, was analyzed in various aspects such as its general situation, mine reserve, product demand, geological structure, marine hydrometeorology, mining technology and technical economics. Based on these elaborated analysis, a practical scheme was proposed for the exploration of offshore placers in large scales and the use of deep sea mining technologies, including offshore producing, pipeline transportation and tailing deposal. In addition, it is suggested that rougher concentrate by a combined heavy separation process of screen separating-spiral concentration employed in the fire-suction ship on which placers are mined is shipped by dumping barges to the coast, and fined by another combined process of high intensity magnetic separation-wet process-magnetic electric joint separation, while the tailings are pipeline-transported to backfill the underground goafs. Solutions are provided as well according to offshore working safety and environmental impacts.
