粉末压坯密度及其分布的研究

摘    要：通过分析粉末层所受诸外力间的相互关系和运用一些数学处理方法建立了粉末压坯的密度分布方程,并用它来探讨了压制方式、模壁的润滑条件、压坯的高径比、粉末松装密度等因素对压坯密度及其分布均匀性的影响.

Abstract: By analysing the relationship between the forces which act on the powder layer and using some mathematical treatments,some equations on compacts′ density distribution have been established to discuss the effect of pressing ways,lubricant conditions on die wall,h/D ratio and powder′s apparent density(i,e,particle size)on the density and its distribution uniformity in powder compacts.
