板带轧机通用变凸度板形控制技术

摘    要:针对已有的变凸度板形控制技术在大宽度变化范围板形控制能力下降快和常规宽度窄料板形控制能力不足等问题,建立具有自主知识产权的通用变凸度(universal variable crown,UVC)辊形设计数学模型,提出大宽度变化范围内增强板形控制能力的UVC辊形设计方法,分析UVC辊形的不同宽度板带辊缝凸度调节能力。最后,采用1450热连轧机验证UVC板形控制技术的效果。研究结果表明:与板带轧机中广泛应用的CVC技术相比,UVC技术在400 mm带钢宽度变化范围内(950~1 350 mm)板形控制能力提升91.71%,常规宽度窄料板形二次辊缝凸度调控范围增大142.99%。UVC板形控制技术可增强轧机板形控制能力,有效解决因液压弯辊力偏大甚至超过极限而难以满足电工钢自由规程轧制高精度板形质量要求的难题。UVC技术可在大型工业轧机电工钢轧制中稳定运行并推广应用于普钢轧制,为完善宽带钢轧机机型,增强热、冷连轧机全流程板形控制能力提供了依据。

Abstract: For solving the problem that the strip profile control ability declines fast in wide width range and the problem of insufficient profile control ability for narrow strip in variable crown strip profile control technology, the patented universal variable crown(UVC) roll contour design mathematical model was established, the roll contour design method that enhances strip profile control ability in a wide width range was proposed, and the roll gap crown control characteristics for different widths of strip were studied. Then, the UVC technology was applied to the industrial experiment by using 1450 hot strip mills. The results show that compared with the CVC technology widely used in strip rolling mills, the profile control ability of the UVC technology with the same roll gap crown control range increases by 91.71% in the range of 400 mm strip width change(950~1 350 mm), and the crown control range of the narrow strip increases by 142.99%. The stable UVC strip profile control technology can enhance profile and flatness controllability, effectively solve the problem that when the hydraulic bending force that is too large or even exceeds the limit, it is difficult to satisfy the need of SFR(schedule free rolling) for electrical steels and high precision of strip profile quality. After that, the UVC technology has applied to the stable industrial production of electrical steels and extended to the ordinary steel successfully. It provides the basis for the integration design of wide strip rolling mill type and improvement of integrated profile and flatness controllability of hot strip mills and tandem cold rolling mills.
