Phosphorus Removal from Slightly Polluted Water through Rare Earth Adsorbent

摘 要:Rare earth(RE) adsorbent modified by lanthanum with zeolite as carrier was used to remove phosphorus from slightly polluted water. The results showed that firstly, the adsorbent was suitable for treatment of low acidic waste water; secondly, adsorb capacity and phosphorus removal efficiency were 19.38 mg·g-1 and 99.5% respectively with the effluent pH within 6.0~8.5 under the condition of 1.0 mg·L-1 for influent phosphorus concentration, 0.06 g·L-1 for adsorbent addition, 2 h for retention time and 3~7 for influent pH; finally, adsorb isotherm of PO3-4 could be well fitted through Langmuir model.
