摘 要：<正> The paper deals with the fracture mechanismof the high alumina electric porcelain.Thefracture origins,fracture process,fracturemorphology and acoustic emission properties arestudied by combining SEM with EDX and AE.The K1Cof alumina electric porcelain is measured.Thedistribution of the bending strength is studiedby the statistical theory.The paper not onlydeals theoretically with the relation of thetechnology,structure and mechanical propertiesof the electric porcelain,but also reports ahigh alumina electric porcelain with the strengthof σ>1800kg/cm3,k1C 1.65MN3/2,Weibull modulusm 23.
