摘    要:通过ξ-电位测定、浮选实验和溶液化学计算,研究了菱锌矿/方解石/十二胺体系中的动电行为与浮选行为。结果表明,NA2S使菱锌矿ξ-电位更负,十二胺使菱锌矿和方解石ξ-电位更正.低pH值下,十二胺与碳酸根形成胺盐是其在菱锌矿和方解石表面吸附的主要机理;高pH值下,锌胺络合物的生成则是胺浮选菱锌矿的机理,由于溶解组分与矿物表面的相互作用,导致矿物表面转化,方解石在菱锌矿澄清液中的动电行为类似于菱锌矿的动电行为,且浮选受到活化;而菱锌矿在方解石澄清液中的浮选受到抑制。

Abstract: The electrokinetic and flotation behavior of smithsonite/calcite/dodecyl-amine systemwere investigated through zeta potential measurements,flotation tests and solution equilibri-um calculatiOn. It has been revealed that the zeta potential of smithsonite became more nega-tive after the addition of Na2S. The zeta potentials of smithsonite and calcite were made morepositive in the presence of DDA. The adsorption of DDA on positive surface of calcite andsmithosonite at lower pH region is attributed to the formation of DDA-carbonate salt and ad-sorption only on smithsonite at high pH values attributed to the formation of DDA-zinc complex. The surface conversion or competive action due to the interactions between the dis-solved mineral species with other mineral surface results in the fact that the electrokinetic be-havior of calcite in smithsonite supernatant is similar to that of smithsonite in water and theflotation of calcite in the supernatant is activated, while the flotation of smithsonite in calcitesupernatant is depressed.
