不同掺土量格宾网加筋煤矸石的残余强度试验研究

摘    要:为获得不同掺土量格宾网加筋煤矸石的残余强度特性,进行格宾网加筋煤矸石的的大型直剪试验。试验以镀锌覆塑格宾网为筋材,以不同掺土量(0%,5%,10%,20%,质量分数)煤矸石为填料,获得不同法向应力作用下,格宾网加筋煤矸石的残余强度参数指标。试验结果表明:不同掺土量加筋煤矸石的残余强度随法向应力的增大而增大,当剪切位移大于40 mm以后,残余强度与剪切位移曲线趋于直线型。格宾网加筋煤矸石的残余强度公式能用摩尔库仑理论公式进行拟合,格宾网加筋煤矸石的残余强度与峰值抗剪强度相差不大。掺土20%加筋煤矸石与未掺土加筋煤矸石相比,广义黏聚力增加149.98%,广义摩擦角降低16.85%。

Abstract: In order to obtain the residual strength characteristics between Gabion mesh and coal gangue mixed with different qualities of soil, large-shear tests were carried out. The Gabion mesh was galvanized and covered with plastic. The coal gangun was mixed with four different mass fractions of soil (0%, 5%, 10% and 20%). The residual strength characteristics between coal gangue and gabion mesh with different normal stresses were obtained. The results show that the residual strength between Babion mesh and coal gangue mixed with different mass fractions of soil increase with the increase of normal stress. When the shear displacement is greater than 40 mm, the relationship between residual strength and shear displacement tends to be linear, and they conform to the theoretical formula Mohr-Columb. There is a little difference between residual strength and peak shear strength of the coal gangue and gabion mesh. Compared with reinforced coal gangun, the generalized cohesion of mixed with 20% of soil reinforced coal gangun increases by 149.98% and generalized friction angle reduces by 16.85%.
