摘 要:提出现代工业炉窑研究的重点应是以探求主要过程的微观信息与作用机理为主要特征的全息仿真技术,指出了全息仿真与一般数学模拟之间的区别以及在物理 数学描述方面的特点,列举了几种工业炉窑全息仿真模型的实例,讨论了全息仿真中的多场耦合问题与求解方法.
Abstract: It is proposed that the focal point of researching on modern industrial furnaces and kilns is “hologram simulation”. This new method emphasizes to explore the micro information and its mechanisms of thermal processes in furnaces and kilns. It is presented that there are some essential distinctions in mathematical and physical descriptions in hologram simulation from the general simulations. Some examples of hologram simulation models for industrial furnaces and kilns are cited. The coupling simulation of multi field in furnaces and kilns and approaches of its solution are discussed.
