低压浸渗法制备Gr(C)/Mg复合材料

摘 要:对用低压浸渗法制备石墨(碳)长纤维镁基复合材料进行了研究。结果表明,制备工艺条件对复合状况、界面反应及复合材料性能均有明显影响。通过纤维表面SiO2涂层处理和优化浸渗工艺,可成功地制备出高性能的复合材料,拉伸断裂强度可达509 MPa,模量亦可达142 GPa。
Abstract: Gr(C)/Mg composites were prepared by low-pressure infiltration. Results showed that the infiltration, interface reaction and tensile stress of composite materials were affected obviously by fabrication conditions. Through fiber SiO2coating and optimum infiltration processing, composite materials with high mechanical properties were produced. Its tensile strength was as high as 509 MPa and modulus of elasticity 142 GPa.
