不同取向条件下Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr合金薄板的组织与性能

摘    要:

采用室温拉伸性能测试、金相组织观察、透射电子显微分析以及取向分布函数(ODF)测定研究T3态Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr合金(2524SZ-T3)薄板在不同取向条件下的显微组织和力学性能。研究结果表明:合金薄板在与轧制方向呈30°,60°和90°方向上的强度较0°和45°方向上的强度稍低,伸长率则在60°方向上最高,薄板的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率平面各向异性指数分别为0.9%,3.3%和6.6%;2524SZ-T3态铝合金薄板具有明显的再结晶织构{110}<111>和CubeND旋转立方织构{001}<310>,同时还保留较弱的轧制织构即Goss织构{011} ;不同取向条件下2524SZ-T3合金薄板的平面各向异性与合金的晶粒结构以及晶体学织构密切相关。

Abstract:

The microstructures and tensile properties of Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr alloy sheet under T3 condition(2524SZ-T3) at different orientations were investigated by tensile test, OM, TEM and orientation distribution functions (ODF) analysis. The results show that the strengths of the sheet orientated 30°, 60° and 90° with respect to the rolling direction are lower than those of specimens orientated 0° and 45° with respect to the rolling direction, and the elongation of the sheet orientated 60° with respect to the rolling direction is the highest. The index of in-plane anisotropy of σb, δ5 and σ0.2 of the sheet is 0.9%, 3.3% and 6.6%, respectively. The major texture of 2524SZ-T3 alloy sheet is of recrystallization texture {110}<111> and CubeND recrystallization texture {001} . There are some minor Goss rolling textures {011}<310> . The in-plane anisotropy of mechanical properties of the sheet at different orientations is closely related to the grain structure and crystallography orientation.
