摘    要:将SiC和Ti的混合粉末压坯浸入铝液中 ,引发SiC和Ti的自蔓延反应 ,制备了低膨胀、高导热和高含量SiCp/Al基复合材料。自蔓延反应产物Ti5Si3和TiC在SiC颗粒表面原位形成涂层 ,改善了SiCp/Al界面的润湿性。SiC颗粒自重沉降 ,可形成高SiC含量的复合材料。考察了复合材料的热膨胀系数、导热系数及其与自蔓延反应之间的关系。结果表明 ,自蔓延反应对材料的热膨胀系数影响不大 ,但剧烈的自蔓延反应会损害材料的导热性能 ,如果适当控制反应程度 ,可以制备低膨胀、高导热的SiCp/Al基复合材料。

Abstract: SiCp/Al composites with low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), high thermal conductivity factor and high SiC content were processed by SHS reaction of SiC-Ti powder compact in the Al melt. The coating of SiC particle developed by SHS improves the wettability between SiC particle and aluminum melt. Composite with high SiC content can be got by gravity precipitation of coated SiC particles in Al melt of 800 ℃. The CTE and thermal conductivity of composite and their relation to SHS reaction were also studied. It was shown that SHS reaction has little effect on CTE of the composite. The intense SHS reaction can harm the thermal conductivity factor of the composite because of the low heat transfer rate of the coating of SiC particle. Proper SHS can be used to process composite with low CTE and high conductivity.
