热连轧机液压压下变系数控制的应用

摘 要:精轧机架液压压下系统振动一直是热连轧工序研究的课题,而热连轧AGC控制又是带钢厚度控制的核心。本文结合太原钢铁集团公司热连轧厂1 549 mm热连轧机生产线实际,应用了压下变系数技术,在保证带钢厚度精度的前提下,对液压压下系统进行控制。生产实际表明,在采用该技术后,厚度精度由95.52%提高到96.2%,同时也克服了液压压下系统的振动。
Abstract: The vibration of hydraulic screwdown in finishing mill always is a research subject in hot strip rolling process,and AGC control of hot strip rolling is also the core of strip thickness control.Combining with 1549 mm hot strip rolling line in TISCO,variable factor control technology of screwdown is introduced.Under precondition of ensuring strip thickness precision,variable factor control was applied to control of hydraulic screwdown system.Production practice shows that thickness accuracy of strip was raised from 95.52% to 96.2% and vibration of hydraulic screwdown was overcome also after the technique was adopted.
