彩色漂定液提银和再生的研究

摘 要：本文报道了彩色漂定液回收银和再生的一种新方法.再生剂A是一种还原剂,对于废漂定液中的每克银应加入2～4g、温度应保持在30～50℃.分离出的银的纯度≥97%.用空气氧化EDTAFe(Ⅱ)2-为EDTAFe(Ⅲ)-,每克银加入定影剂3～8g、漂白剂0～8g,调节pH5.5～6.5,漂定液便可得以再生.再生漂定液中银含量可达0.21g/L,其漂定效果和原液一样好,并且二次再生液也能很好地使用.
Abstract: A way for recycling of silver and regeneration of colour bleach-fix solution ss reported in thispaper. Regenerant A is also a reducer. For each gram of silver in waste solution 2～4 grams of Ashould be added, and the temperature of solution should be kept at 30～50℃. The purity of silverafter separation is ≥97%. EDTA Fe(Ⅱ)2- could be oxidized to EDTA Fe(Ⅲ)- by oxygen, and foreach gram of silver the fixer of 3～8 grams and the bleach 0～8 grams should be added, and PHshould be adjusted to 5.5～3.5. The way in the present paper is effective, simple, time-saving. andin low cost. Silver in regenerated solution can reach 0.21 g/L. The regenerated solution is as goodas the original solution, and the re-regenerated solution is also very good in use.
