摘    要:本文研究了在常温下用乙腈法制铜粉的理论与工艺。分析与考察了低温下乙腈浸铜的动力学和工艺条件。在热歧化方面,采用了蒸发歧化代替蒸馏歧化,可节约约90%的歧化时间。制得的铜粉呈不规则形状,粒度小于44μm,纯度大于99.9%。本法是一种节能、工序简短、产品质量高的制备铜粉的工艺。

Abstract: Kinetics and technological conditions for preparing copper powder by acetoni-trile process at low temperature without agitation were investigated.Controllingstep of the leaching process was analysed and discussed.In thermal disproportiona-tion of the pregnant solution,evaporation disproportionation was employedto substitute distillation.About 90% of the disproportionation time can besaved.The copper powder prepared by the acetonitrile process is irregular in shape,its particle size is less than 44μm,and the purity of the copper powder can be ashigh as 99.9%.Making copper powder from scrap copper by acetonitrile processat ambient temperature without agitation is an energy saving method,which issimple in operation and can yield copper powder of high quality.
