摘 要:研究了原料粉末中杂质、预热温度对 (W,Ti)C自蔓延高温合成的影响,并利用XRD和SEM技术对合成产物进行了相组成、产物形貌和粒径的分析.结果表明:原料Ti粉中挥发性杂质能阻碍 TiC-WC的固溶,而预热则可强化TiC-WC的固溶;当预热至600℃时,可使TiC-WC充分固溶,合成的(W,Ti)C粉末粒径可达1~3μm.该研究对进一步生产(W,Ti)粉末有一定的实际意义.
Abstract: The effect of impurity, preheating temperature on the Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis of (W,Ti)C was studied. Using XRD and SEM, the phase, figure and size of the powder were investigated. The volatile impurity deters the solution of TiC-WC-W2C, and preheating powder improves the solution. When the preheating temperature is up to 600 ℃, the powder is uniphase, the smallest powder size is 1~3 μm. This research has important significance for further synthesis of industrial (W,Ti)C powder.
