铝及铝合金颗粒挤压的研究

摘    要：本文介绍了铝及铝合金颗粒(含6063铝合金废屑)直接热挤压的生产工艺,研究了主要工艺参数对制品组织性能及内外质量的影响。试验结果表明,铝及铝合金颗粒直接热挤压工艺是可行的。

Abstract: The paper described the immediate hot extrusion of aluminium and its alloy particles (including scrap of 6063 aluminium alloy). The effects of processing parameters of the hot extrusion on the structure, properties, outer and inner qualities of extruded products are studied. It is shown that immediate hot extrusion of aluminium and its alloy particles is acceptable.
